Frequently asked.

Can I buy just a website? +
Not anymore. Websites come included with Plan 2 ($500/mo) and Plan 3 ($1,250/mo). A website that nobody updates or promotes doesn't bring in customers, so we only build and maintain sites as part of a marketing plan.
I already have a website. Do I have to replace it? +
No. If your current site is in decent shape, we take it over and maintain it. If it's slow, outdated or hard to update, we'll recommend a rebuild, and that's included in your plan too.
What does website maintenance cover? +
Hosting, SSL, security updates, backups of your content, and the website update hours in your plan: up to 5 hours a month on Plan 2 and unlimited on Plan 3.
What happens to my website if I cancel? +
It's yours, no strings. Whether we built it new or took over the one you already had, you keep the website, the content and the domain. Give us 30 days' notice and we'll hand over the files and logins so you can take it anywhere.
Can you keep hosting my website after I cancel? +
Yes. You can drop the marketing and stay on our hosting-only plan for $19.95 a month, which keeps your site online, secure and backed up. Or move it to another host. Your choice.
Is SEO included? +
Yes. On-page SEO, clean structure, fast load times and search-friendly content are part of every site we build or maintain.
What about the Starter Social plan? +
Plan 1 ($350/mo) doesn't include a website build or hosting, but it does include 1 hour a month of updates to the website you already have.
What if I need e-commerce or custom features? +
Online stores, payments, user logins, databases and API integrations go beyond a standard business site. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it on top of your plan.
